HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Knoxville, TN)

Nova Bridge Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Knoxville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 178 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on harvest schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
