HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Knoxville, TN)

Cedar Summit Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Knoxville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school calendars. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
