Clearpath Stone Transit Planning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
