HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Knoxville, TN)

Redstone Haven Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
