HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Knoxville, TN)

Lumen Wren Legal Group is a law firm in Knoxville serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
