HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Knoxville, TN)

Bright Haven Pharma develops and makes medicines in Knoxville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
