HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Kansas City, MO)

Summit Health supplies farm and food customers across the Kansas City region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
