HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Logistics is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
