HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Kansas City, MO)

Amberfield Pike Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Kansas City. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
