HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Vista Financial serves customers across Kansas City with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
