HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Kansas City, MO)

Nova Beacon Manufacturing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
