HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Jacksonville, FL)

Ironwood Vale Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Jacksonville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
