HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Jacksonville, FL)

Nova Orchard Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Jacksonville region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on harvest schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
