HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Jacksonville, FL)

Fernwood Umber Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Jacksonville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
