HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Jacksonville, FL)

Nova Umber Facilities is a facilities company in Jacksonville with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
