HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Jacksonville, FL)

Summit Bridge Energy is an energy provider in Jacksonville focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
