HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Nova Orchard Arts Center and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school partnerships. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
