HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Jacksonville, FL)

Bright Quarry Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Jacksonville area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
