HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Birch Foods and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
