HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Jacksonville, FL)

Ironwood Linden Health is a healthcare provider in Jacksonville with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
