HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Rowan Legal Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 281 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client files. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
