HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Jacksonville, FL)

Silverline Ivory Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Jacksonville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 941 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
