HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Fox Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Families are partners. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
