HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Jacksonville, FL)

Highbridge Umber Transit Planning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 226 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
