HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Sparrow Transit Planning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
