HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Jackson, MS)

Summit Willow Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Jackson, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
