HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Jackson, MS)

Rivermark Lantern Property Management looks after rental homes across the Jackson area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
