HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Indianapolis, IN)

Harborlight Keystone Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
