HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Indianapolis, IN)

Westbrook Maple Community Partners is a nonprofit in Indianapolis supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food distribution. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
