HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Indianapolis, IN)

Greenridge Umber Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
