HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Indianapolis, IN)

Summit Junction Auto Group Partners serves drivers and dealerships across the Indianapolis region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
