HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Indianapolis, IN)

Westbrook Cedar Foods Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
