HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Indianapolis, IN)

Cedar Fox Water Authority is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
