HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Indianapolis, IN)

Stonegate Cross Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Indianapolis. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
