HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Indianapolis, IN)

Stonegate Linden Hospitality Partners operates hotels and event venues around Indianapolis. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 155 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
