HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Indianapolis, IN)

Northwind Fox Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 63 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
