HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Indianapolis, IN)

Lumen Thistle Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Indianapolis area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
