HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Indianapolis, IN)

Amberfield Glen Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Indianapolis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
