HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Indianapolis, IN)

Foxglove Cross Facilities is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 486 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supply orders. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
