HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Indianapolis, IN)

Silverline Kestrel Housing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
