HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Indianapolis, IN)

Amberfield Clear Energy is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
