HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Indianapolis, IN)

Summit Sable Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Indianapolis plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 59 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
