HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Northwind Loom Insurance and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 110 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on underwriting files. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
