HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Houston, TX)

Bluepeak Amber Water Authority is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for pipe repairs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
