HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Houston, TX)

Redstone Harbor Arts Center is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on exhibitions. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
