HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Houston, TX)

Westbrook Cedar Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Houston region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter readings. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
