HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Houston, TX)

Lumen Fern Freight Group is a Houston logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Houston. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on dock schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
