HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Houston, TX)

Greenridge Junction Financial Group is a financial-services company in Houston. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Houston. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan applications. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
