HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Houston, TX)

Stonegate Lakeside Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Houston, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Houston. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer sites. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
