HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Northwind Umber Care Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
